Restrict staff access to CleanCloud by allowing logins only from specific IP addresses while keeping admin access unrestricted.

Control staff access to your CleanCloud store by allowing logins only from specified IP addresses.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: This feature does not apply to admin accounts. The admin retains unrestricted access from any location.


How to Restrict Staff Access by IP Address

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Admin โ†’ Store Settings โ†’ Security.

  2. Find 'Restrict Staff Access to These IP Addresses' and enter the allowed IP addresses.

  3. Click Submit to apply changes.

๐Ÿช„ Tip: To enter multiple IP addresses, separate them with a comma (e.g., 24.156.99.199, 24.155.99.200).
