Restricting Staff Access by IP Address

Limit staff logins to specific IP addresses for enhanced security.

CleanCloud allows you to restrict staff access so only users logging in from approved IP addresses can access your store account.
This helps prevent unauthorized access and adds an extra layer of security for your business.

๐Ÿ“Œ Note: This restriction does not apply to admin accounts. Admins always retain unrestricted access from any location.


How to restrict staff access by IP address

  1. Go to Settings โ†’ Admin โ†’ Store Settings โ†’ Security.

  2. Locate Restrict Staff Access to These IP Addresses.

  3. Enter the IP address or addresses that should have access.

  4. Click Submit to apply changes.

๐Ÿช„ Tip: To enter multiple IP addresses, separate them with commas.
Example: 24.156.99.199, 24.155.99.200



โ€‹โ“˜ If your internet connection uses a dynamic IP address, it may change periodically. When this happens, affected users will need to log in again after updating the allowed IP list, since the previous IP will no longer match.
