If you aim to bolster security and ensure the correct staff member is always logged in while using CleanCloud, you can implement a PIN prompt after a period of inactivity.
To enable PIN prompts
Navigate to Settings > Admin > Store Settings.
Specify the number of minutes of inactivity before a PIN prompt is needed.
Click the "Update" button below.
Once the defined inactivity time has passed, a prompt will appear, requesting the staff member's PIN for authentication.
