CleanCloud Driver App Overview

The CleanCloud Driver App, available for iOS and Android, is a powerful tool that helps drivers manage routes, orders, and customer interactions with ease. Designed to optimize order handling, navigation, and payment collection, the app enhances daily operations and streamlines logistics for laundry and dry-cleaning services.


Key Features

Below are some key features that make the Driver App user-friendly and highly efficient:

Route Optimization

Drivers can optimize routes by reordering stops for efficiency, ensuring a smooth pickup and delivery process. For advanced route control, additional tools are available through the POS.

Rescheduling

If a customer is unavailable, drivers can reschedule directly in the app, automatically notifying customers through the app or booking tool.

Route Adjustment

Drivers have the flexibility to adjust routes, view all scheduled orders, and manage multiple routes within the app.

Order Creation

Easily create new orders by entering customer details and scheduling pickup and delivery times.

Personal Statistics

Drivers can view their personal statistics within the app, offering insights into completed tasks and performance.

Show Customer Name in Main Feed

Improve visibility by displaying customer names in the main feed. Enable this in Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Driver App under Show Customer Name in Main Feed.

Driver-Specific Stations

Link the Driver App to specific stations for more accurate Cash-Up Reporting. This ensures precise tracking of cash contributions, making financial reconciliation easier.

The app marks first-time customers with a yellow ‘1st Order’ box in the orders feed, helping drivers provide a great first experience.

Add Customer / Edit Customer

Drivers can add or update customer information directly in the app. They can toggle between Edit Customer or Add Customer for quick updates or new entries.


Push Notifications for Real-Time Updates

To keep drivers informed on new orders, enable push notifications in Settings → Admin → Pickup and Delivery → Notifications → Send Push Notifications to Driver App for New Orders. Choose to send notifications based on driver clock-in status, and ensure the driver’s device allows notifications from the CleanCloud Driver App.

With push notifications, drivers receive instant alerts for same-day pickups, helping improve efficiency and maintain a smooth workflow.


Automatic Features for Convenience

The Driver App includes automation options to improve driver workflow:

  • Automatic Pickup and Delivery Dates: When a driver sets a pickup date, the delivery date is scheduled automatically based on your settings.

  • Item and Bag Count Logging: Drivers can now record the number of bags or specific items collected for each order.

  • Automatic Delivery Slot End Time: When setting a delivery slot, the end time adjusts based on the start time for efficient scheduling.


Route Pro for Enhanced Efficiency

Exclusive to Grow and Grow+ customers, Route Pro adds powerful tools:

  • Optimized Routing Options: Choose between Google Maps (up to 25 stops) or CleanCloud Route Pro (up to 150 stops).

  • Vehicle Engine Type Selection: Set engine types for more tailored delivery routes.

  • Automated Driver ETA Notifications: Keep customers informed with real-time ETAs via email, SMS, and push notifications.
