Once your store is set up you can customise different aspects:

To do this go to Settings >Admin >Pickup and Delivery where you will see all the customisation options.

You can watch our university videos which will give you an in-depth tutorial on the Pickup and Delivery configuration. To access CleanCloud university, head to https://cleancloudapp.com/university once you're logged into your account.

General Settings

You will be able to customise things like minimum order amount, customer workflow, language, delivery fee, shirt and starch preferences. This will be useful so you can tailor the experience you provide for online orders.

Customise Routes

In the routes section, you will have the ability to setup your service areas along with time slots which your customer can choose for a pickup or delivery. You can also enter in any closed dates for these routes.

Notifications

In this section you can determine how your customers get notified when they place an order online with you. You can also establish if you would like to receive an email or SMS whenever a new order has been submitted online.
