The CleanCloud Driver App allows drivers to create new customer profiles and update existing customer details, including adding driver instructions for smoother pickups and deliveries.
Adding a New Customer
To add a new customer via the Driver App:
Open the Driver App.
Tap the 👤 person icon in the top right corner of the main feed.
From the dropdown menu, select "Add Customer".
Fill in the required fields:
Press Submit to save the new customer profile.
Once saved, the new customer details will automatically update in the POS system and be available for future pickups and deliveries.
Editing an Existing Customer
Drivers can also update customer details directly from the app:
Open the Driver App.
Tap the 👤 person icon in the top right corner.
Select "Edit Customer" from the dropdown menu.
Update any necessary fields.
Press Submit to save the changes.
Any updates made will be reflected in the POS system for accurate future order handling.
