Setting an Express turnaround fee as a flat fee or % on P&D orders

If you would like to charge higher than usual for an Express or Rush online pickup and delivery order, you can set this up by going to Settings > Admin > Pickup & Delivery > Pickup / Delivery Options > Additional Charge for Express Delivery.

You can choose to set the Express or Rush service charge as a flat fee or as a % as evidenced below. In the screenshot, you can see how the business allows for deliveries 24 hours from pickup but if the delivery time is under 48 hours, in that case the customer will be charged $10.

Once you set this up, customers will be made aware of the express fee when they place an order with you through either the CleanCloud app, your branded app (if you have one with us) or your website. Have a look at the image below for further details of what your customers can expect to see. In the example below, the business set up the express fee as 10% extra.
