Overview
The order summary page lets you view a customer’s full order history, including workflow stages, payment details, edit history, and pickup/delivery information. This makes it easy to track past transactions and ensure smooth service management.
Key benefits / use cases
Track order history across active and completed orders.

Review workflow stages including cleaning and pickup/delivery.
Access quick actions like reporting an issue or sending a receipt.
How to view customer order history
Open the Customer CRM page for the customer you want to view.
You can search using the Search feature or by entering the customer’s name or phone number in the New Order page.
Click the Orders tab.
Active Orders: Shows orders that are still in progress.
All Orders: Shows both active and completed orders, even if they no longer appear on the Detail, Cleaning, Ready, or Pickups pages.
Hover your mouse under the Order column until the pencil icon appears, then click it.
The order summary tab will open. Here you can:
Report issue
Send receipt
View details including creation date, payment history, edit history, pickup/delivery times, and cleaning items with notes.
💡 Tip: Use this feature to quickly review past transactions and manage customer service efficiently.
FAQs
Why does the 'Picked Up' section show a date in the future?
If the order has not yet been picked up, the system uses a placeholder date (e.g., Wed 31, 7:00 pm). Once the order is actually picked up, the summary will update to reflect the correct date and time.
