How Address Fields Work in CleanCloud
When adding a new customer in the POS, the Street Address field is powered by Google Address Autocomplete, automatically filling in the full address as it appears on Google. This also applies to customers entering their addresses via the web booking tool or customer app.
If needed, you can refine the address further using additional fields:
Street Address – Auto-filled but can be manually adjusted.
Apt/Unit Number – Specify apartment, suite, or unit details.
City – Auto-filled but editable.
Post Code/Zip Code – Auto-filled but adjustable.
Driver Instructions – Provide specific delivery or pickup instructions.
