You have the ability to import any Promo Codes that you wish to activate in your CleanCloud account.
To do this, follow the steps below:
Ensure you're logged into your CleanCloud account, then replace the URL with https://cleancloudapp.com/import.
Once you're on the import tool, scroll down to the Promo Code section.
Download the template file, you'll see this in blue writing.
Open up a new Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet. Then go to File > Import, and select the template file you just downloaded.
You'll need to input your promo code(s). For each code you enter, you'll then need to establish the following:
The type of promo - 0 = % discount on all future orders, 1 = customer credit, 4 = % discount for one order
Promo expires - When you would like the promo code to expire so that customers can no longer activate them. Please note, this will need to be in Unix timestamp.
Discount amount - How much you would like the promo to apply. If not %, then put a 0 in this field
Credit amount - How much you would like the promo to apply. If not $, then put a 0 in this field.
Maximum uses - The total amount of times this can be used. For example if you wanted to limit this promo to be only used by 10 customers maximum then put 10. A single customer can only use a promo code once regardless of this setting.
Show in POS - Whether you would like this to show up in the POS or not. 1 to show 0 if not.
Once you have inputted the relevant info relating to this import, you will then need to download this file in a CSV format by going to File ->; Download -> Comma Separated Values (.csv)
Then go back to the importing tool where you'll then need to import this file and click on the green submit button.
