Editing the Columns Displayed on the Cleaning and Ready Pages

Learn how to customize visible columns on the Cleaning and Ready pages to fit your business needs and improve efficiency.

Overview

The Cleaning and Ready pages in CleanCloud let you choose which data columns are displayed. This customization ensures your team only sees relevant information, helping streamline operations and improve focus.


Optional columns

You can enable or disable the following columns depending on the page:

Cleaning page:

  • Customer contact information

  • Order placed date

  • Laundry bags

  • Payment status

  • Order total

Ready page:

  • Customer contact information

  • Order placed date

  • Ready by date


Updating Cleaning page settings

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Cleaning page.

  2. Scroll to the Optional columns section.

  3. Toggle on/off the columns you want to display:

    • Customer contact info

    • Placed date

    • Laundry bags

    • Payment status

    • Total

  4. Click the green Submit button to save changes.


Updating Ready page settings

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → Ready page.

  2. Scroll to the Optional columns section.

  3. Toggle on/off the columns you want to display:

    • Customer contact info

    • Placed date

    • Ready by

  4. Click the green Submit button to save changes.

💡 Tip: Enabling the Placed date column on the Ready page makes it easy to filter orders by date and spot undelivered orders from previous days. This can be used as a quick workaround to create a report of pending deliveries.
