First - Add custom printer

  1. Go to Control Panel and open Printers & Faxes

  2. Click Add Printer

  3. Select use Local Printer attached to this computer and click Next, Do NOT select auto detect my printer

  4. If Printer is Serial/Parallel: Select use an Existing Port and select the port the printer is connected to (LPT if Parallel or COM if serial).

  5. If Printer is TCP/IP / LAN: Select create a new port then select Standard TCP/IP port. On the next step for Printer Name or IP Address, put the hostname or IP of your printer. If prompted for a device type on the next step select Generic Network card.

  6. When prompted for a Printer Manufacturer click Generic on the left, and Generic/Text Only on the right and click Next

  7. If prompted to keep the driver click Keep the existing driver and click Next

  8. Enter printer name (e.g. CleanCloud1) - remember this name as we will use it in CleanCloud and do not set as default printer. Click next

  9. Do not share the printer and do not print test page. Click Finish

Second - Download and Install QZTray

  1. Download and Install QZ Tray from https://qz.io/download/

  2. Open QZ Tray

  3. Right click on the small QZTray icon in your system tray and select the Automatically Start option

  4. Note that if you install any more printers in the future you will have to restart QZTray so it can find the new printer

Third - Add to CleanCloud

  1. Login to your CleanCloud account. Go to Settings > Hardware

  2. Select Epson from the printer drop down menu for either Garment Tag / Receipt printer

  3. Enter the printer name you made (e.g. CleanCloud1). Select auto print garment tag / receipt if you wish.

  4. Press the Update button

  5. Printer is ready to use. Try making a dummy order.
