First - Install printer according to manufacturer guidelines
Follow the instructions that came with your printer to install your printer in Windows
Go to Devices and Printers in Windows and write down the exact name of the printer (e.g. it will be something like BIXOLON SRP-350plusII)
Second - Download and Install QZTray
Download and Install QZ Tray from https://qz.io/download/
(Note that if you install any more printers in the future you will have to restart QZTray so it can find the new printer)
Third - Add to CleanCloud
Login to your CleanCloud account. Go to Settings > Hardware
Select Epson from the printer drop down menu for either Garment Tag / Receipt printer
Enter the printer name that was in Devices and Printers (e.g. BIXOLON SRP-350plusII) from the Second step into the printer class name section Select auto print garment tag / receipt if you wish.
Press the Update button
Printer is ready to use. Try making a dummy order.
