Insert the CD that came with your printer or download the software drivers

Click Install and run through the installation wizard.

Plug in your printer into the computer and make sure it is on.

Go to Control Panel-&gt;Devices and Printers and make the printer is listed under Printers. It should be something like Star TSP100 Cutter (TSP143)

1. Make sure your printer is unplugged
2. Insert the CD that came with your printer or download the software drivers
3. Click Install and run through the installation wizard.
4. Plug in your printer into the computer and make sure it is on.
5. Go to Control Panel-&gt;Devices and Printers and make the printer is listed under Printers. It should be something like Star TSP100 Cutter (TSP143)

<b>Second - Download and Install QZTray</b>

QZTray is the software that CleanCloud uses to communicate with your printers and automatically print the receipts.

1. Download the latest version of QZTray from <a href="https://qz.io/download/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://qz.io/download/</a>
2. Once downloaded run the file to start the installation of QZTray
3. Follow the instructions in the install wizard
4. During installation a prompt box may appear asking you to install Java to proceed. If this box appears press OK to be taken to the Java download website. Click Agree and Download to download and install Java. Once Java has been successfully installed, return to the QZTray installation to finish it
5. Once QZTray has finished installing it will open QZTray. A little printer icon will appear in your system tray at the bottom right of your screen.

Select Star from the printer drop down menu for Garment Tag / Receipt printer

Enter the printer name that appeared in Control Panel in Windows e.g. Star TSP100 Cutter (TSP143). Select auto print garment tag / receipt if you wish.

Printer is ready to use. Try making a dummy order.

1. Login to your CleanCloud account. Click Settings &gt; Hardware
2. Select Star from the printer drop down menu for Garment Tag / Receipt printer
3. Enter the printer name that appeared in Control Panel in Windows e.g. Star TSP100 Cutter (TSP143). Select auto print garment tag / receipt if you wish.
4. Press the Update button
5. Printer is ready to use. Try making a dummy order.
