Please note that this guide should not be used with the Epson TM-m30 Ethernet

First - Enable Advanced Printer Settings

Open the program Terminal on your Mac. Press ⌘+space, type 'terminal' then select Terminal from the list

Enter the following text without the quotation marks "sudo cupsctl WebInterface=yes" and press Enter.

It will ask you for your password which you have to type in and press Enter

Open your web browser on your Mac (Safari/Chrome/Firefox) and go to this address <a href="http://localhost:631/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">http://localhost:631</a>

Click the Administration button at the top, then click the Add Printer button

For Ethernet printers type: (Example) socket://192.168.254.254:9100 - replacing the IP address with that of your printer

For USB printers type: (Example) usb://Zebra/LP2844 - You get this port by issuing the command lpinfo -v |grep usb: from the Terminal program opened earlier. You don't need the "?location=1a200000" information

Enter an appropriate Name, Description and Location for your printer - e.g CC_Receipt for name

A summary will display. Click Add Printer

Set Starting Banner: none, Ending Banner: none. Click Set Default Options

2. Click the Administration button at the top, then click the Add Printer button
3. Click AppSocket/HP JetDirect, Continue
4. For Ethernet printers type: (Example) socket://192.168.254.254:9100 - replacing the IP address with that of your printer
5. For USB printers type: (Example) usb://Zebra/LP2844 - You get this port by issuing the command lpinfo -v |grep usb: from the Terminal program opened earlier. You don't need the "?location=1a200000" information
6. Enter an appropriate Name, Description and Location for your printer - e.g CC_Receipt for name
7. Do not share printer, Continue.
8. Select Raw as the Make of the printer
9. A summary will display. Click Add Printer
10. Set Starting Banner: none, Ending Banner: none. Click Set Default Options

Staying in the web browser, click Administration, then click Add Class

Enter an appropriate Name, Description and Location for your class. The name must differ from the raw printer name chosen previously. An example can be CC_Receipt_Class

In Members, Select the raw printer name chosen previously, Add Class

Fourth - Download and Install QZTray

QZTray is the software that CleanCloud uses to communicate with your printers and automatically print the receipts.

Download the latest version of QZTray from <a href="https://qz.io/download/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://qz.io/download/</a>

Once downloaded run the file to start the installation of QZTray

Follow the instructions in the install wizard

During installation a prompt box may appear asking you to install Java to proceed. If this box appears press OK to be taken to the Java download website. Click Agree and Download to download and install Java. Once Java has been successfully installed, return to the QZTray installation to finish it.

Once QZTray has finished installing it will open QZTray. A little printer icon will appear in your system tray at the bottom right of your screen.

Login to your CleanCloud account. Go to Settings &gt; Hardware

Select Epson from the printer drop down menu for either the Garment Tag / Receipt printer

Enter the printer class name you made (e.g. CC_Receipt_Class). Select auto print garment tag / receipt if you wish.

Printer is ready to use. Try making a dummy order.

1. Login to your CleanCloud account. Go to Settings &gt; Hardware
2. Select Epson from the printer drop down menu for either the Garment Tag / Receipt printer
3. Enter the printer class name you made (e.g. CC_Receipt_Class). Select auto print garment tag / receipt if you wish.
4. Press the Update button
5. Printer is ready to use. Try making a dummy order.
