Follow the instructions that came with the printer to install the printer on your computer.

Make sure it is working by printing a test label using the software provided.

<b>Second - Download and Install QZTray</b>

Download and Install QZ Tray from <a href="https://qz.io/download/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">https://qz.io/download/</a>

If during installation it asks you to install Java, you must follow the prompt to go through the process of installing Java before continuing with the QZTray installation.

Right click on the small QZTray icon in your system tray and select the Automatically Start option.

Note that if you install any more printers in the future you will have to restart QZTray so it can find the new printer.

3. Open QZ Tray.
4. Right click on the small QZTray icon in your system tray and select the Automatically Start option.
5. Note that if you install any more printers in the future you will have to restart QZTray so it can find the new printer.

Login to your CleanCloud account. Click the Settings Menu at the top left of your screen and then click then Hardware

Scroll down to the Barcode Tag / Heat Seal Printer section.

Enter the exact printer name as it appears in your Control Panel in Windows e.g. Zebra TLP2824 Plus

2. Scroll down to the Barcode Tag / Heat Seal Printer section.
3. Enter the exact printer name as it appears in your Control Panel in Windows e.g. Zebra TLP2824 Plus
4. Press the Update button.
5. Printer is ready to use.
