2. Adding Images to Your Receipt Configuration

  • Save your logo in an easily accessible folder on your PC.

  • Open the Configuration Utility in Star Line Mode (default) and click Image List on the left-hand side.

  • Click Add New.

  • When the dialogue box opens, browse to the location of your logo and click Open.

  • A preview of the image will be displayed along with customization tools. Enter a unique image name for identification. If necessary, adjust the width using the scroll bar or by entering a value.

  • You can select a different Dither Method to adjust the appearance of the logo. A preview will be displayed above.

  • Click Test Print to see the graphic. If it looks good, click Use Image.

3. Assigning the Image as a Logo

  • Select Logos & Cropping from the left menu.

  • To assign the logo, click Add next to the Top Image List section.

  • Select the logo image from the list.

  • Choose the desired alignment and click Use.

  • In the dropdown box next to the top image field list, change Cycle to Print All. This ensures the logo prints at the top of every receipt.

  • The logo image will now appear in the Top Image list.

  • Click Apply Changes at the bottom of the page.

4. Test the Receipt in CleanCloud

✅ Return to your CleanCloud software and print a receipt to verify your logo appears correctly.
