Getting Started
1. Upload Your Logo to the Epson Printer Utility
From your desktop, open the Start Menu (Windows icon).
Navigate to Programs and open the Epson [Name of Printer] Utility.
Select your printer from the list and click OK.
In the left navigation menu, click on Storing Logos.
Click Add in the top right corner.
Browse to select the image you want to use as the logo.
In the Logo Edit screen, make adjustments such as brightness, dithering, and choose either Monochrome or Multi-tone.
Set the Image Width to 76mm and select Center Alignment for best results.
Click Store to Printer and confirm with Yes.
When prompted, set the Key-Code:
Change Decimal Number to 48, 48.
Leave Character as 0, 0.
Click OK to save these settings.
Finally, click Store to Printer to save the logo in the printer's onboard memory.
2. Configuring the Printer
Enable Automatic Paper Cut and select Print logo when paper is cut.
Under Top Logo, select the logo you added and change the alignment to Center.
Under Condition, select both available options.
Choose Upper Space Reduction and click Set.
3. Test the Receipt in CleanCloud
Close the printer utility.
Open CleanCloud and print a receipt—your logo should now appear at the top.
