How to Set Up My Zebra ZD220 Label Printer?
📌 Note: The Zebra ZD220 is used to print Bag-Out Labels in CleanCloud.
What do I need?
QZTray must be installed on the PC. Refer to our QZTray Setup Article to confirm it is fully set up.

We recommend using 102mm x 50mm Standard White Direct Thermal Labels, which can be purchased in the US or UK from this link.
Getting Started
Connecting Everything
Connect the power cable to the printer and turn it on using the power button on top.
Connect the printer to your computer via USB.
Place a label roll into the printer.
If the green light starts flashing, press the button with two dots once to initialize.
Ensure Printer Initialization
The printer should now initialize in Windows.
Make sure QZTray is installed. Refer to the dedicated QZTray Article for guidance if needed.
Restarting QZTray
Locate QZTray in the system tray at the bottom right of the taskbar.
Right-click the icon and click Quit.
Use the Search Bar on your taskbar to search for QZTray, and open it again.
Configuring The Printer In CleanCloud
Log into your CleanCloud account.
Go to Settings → Hardware.
Scroll to the Label Printer section and select Zebra / TSC as the printer manufacturer.
Click Find Printer and select the installed printer from the list.
Enable Print Bag Out Labels and select the appropriate Paper Width.
Press the Update button.
If this is your first printer setup, a permission box will appear to allow CleanCloud to communicate with QZTray. Check Always Allow and press OK.

Try creating an order to test the printer and ensure everything is working smoothly.
