Getting Started
Install the Printer
Ensure the printer is unplugged.
Insert the installation media that came with the printer or download the drivers from the official website.
Click Install and follow the installation wizard.
Once complete, plug in your printer and ensure it is powered on.
Go to Control Panel → Devices and Printers to verify that the printer appears in the list.
Download and Install QZTray
Download and install QZTray, an application that allows CleanCloud to connect to your printer via a web browser. Follow this QZTray setup guide for detailed installation instructions, and ensure that QZTray is running in the background on your computer.
Configuring the Printer in CleanCloud
Log into your CleanCloud account.
Go to Settings → Hardware.
Scroll to the Heat Seal section.
Enter the exact printer name as it appears in Control Panel (e.g., Zebra TLP2824 Plus).
Click Update. If this is your first printer setup, a box will appear asking for permission for CleanCloud to communicate with QZTray. Check Always Allow and press OK.

Try creating an order to test the printer and ensure everything is working smoothly.
