2. Installation & Setup

2.1 Unboxing & Powering On

Inside the box, you’ll find:

CleanCloud Printer

USB cable

Power adapter and AC cord

Starter thermal paper roll

Setup Steps:

  1. Connect the power adapter to the printer and plug into a reliable outlet.

  2. Connect your chosen interface (USB) to CleanCounter or your PC.

  3. Connect the cash drawer cable if needed.

  4. Power on the printer—the status light should turn on.

2.2 Paper Roll Installation

  1. Press the cover open button.

  2. Place the paper roll inside, ensuring it feeds from the correct direction.

  3. Close the cover firmly until it clicks.

  4. Press the Feed button to advance the paper.

2.3 Printer Driver Setup

  1. Download and install the printer driver | Download Driver

  2. During installation, select 80 Series as your printer model.

  3. Complete setup and test print using the Feed button (double-press within 1s for a self-test).


3. Troubleshooting

Issue

Solution

Paper Jam

Use the manual cover release to open the compartment, clear the jam, and reload paper.

No Paper Detected

Ensure roll is loaded correctly and sensor is not obstructed.

Cover Opening Warning

Close the cover securely until the latch clicks.

Overheating Warning

Allow the printer to cool before resuming.

No Power

Confirm the adapter is properly connected and outlet is functional.
