Repeat pickups are now supported for our third-party integrations DoorDash and Uber, giving you and your customers more flexibility than ever. Whether you're scheduling through the POS or customers are setting it up themselves online, repeat pickups make recurring service simple.

You can now schedule repeat pickups using DoorDash or Uber, just like with standard delivery.
Customers can set repeat pickups themselves from the web booking tool or CleanCloud app.
How to Create a Repeat Pickup (POS via CRM Page)
Find the Customer: Use the Search bar, Search page, or New Order page to locate the customer.
Open the CRM Profile: Click on the Pickups tab.
Click "Create Regular Pickup"A form will appear to configure the recurring pickup.
Fill in the Required Details:
Next Pickup: Choose the start date.
Pickup Slot: Set the start and end time.
Pickup Provider: Choose Regular, DoorDash, or Uber.
Number of Pickups: Until Canceled or a fixed number (1–20).
Pickup Frequency: Weekly, every 2, 3, or 4 weeks.
Repeat Delivery Date & Time: Choose delivery start date and time slot.
Delivery Provider: Choose from Regular, DoorDash, or Uber.
Repeat Tip: Set a fixed amount or percentage.
Copy Previous Order:
No
Yes, copy last repeat pickup
Yes, copy specific Order ID
Type:
Automatically create the order 24 hours before pickup
Send an SMS for customer confirmation before creating the order
Click Submit: The repeat pickup will now appear in the CRM profile > Pickups tab and on the Delivery Printout page.
How Customers Can Set Repeat Pickups Online
Customers can create repeat pickups directly via the CleanCloud Web Booking Tool or Mobile App:
During order creation, they simply toggle on "Repeat Pickup."
They can then:
Set how often the pickup should repeat
Choose the total number of times
Add a default tip for the repeat pickup
Once submitted, it will be scheduled based on the selected preferences.
This gives customers a faster, self-service option without needing to contact your team.
Editing Existing Repeat Pickups (POS)
To edit a repeat pickup:
Go to the customer’s CRM profile
Click the Pickups tab
Click the blue pencil icon next to the pickup you want to edit
Viewing and Managing Repeat Pickups
All upcoming repeat pickups, including those scheduled via DoorDash or Uber, will appear on the Delivery Printout page. You can access it via the Pickups tab or through the direct link in your account.
Important Notes
Repeat pickups using DoorDash or Uber are only available in regions where these partners operate, currently the United States and Puerto Rico.
You must have enough DoorDash or Uber credits to process repeat orders.
If your balance falls below the required amount, the repeat pickup will not be created.
