CleanCloud provides predefined templates for automatically notifying customers about order updates. Manage these alerts in your account under Settings → Admin → Notifications → General Settings → Send Notifications For.
If you wish to customise these notifications to better fit your store’s tone and identity, this can be done for an additional fee.
Pricing
The cost for changing or updating each email or SMS template is:
$75 (USD)
£65 + VAT (GBP)
€65 (EUR)
The fee applies to each individual template.
SMS templates are limited to 160 characters to ensure only one credit is used per message.
