Setting Up Pickup Reminders for Uncollected Orders
CleanCloud provides both automated and manual options to remind customers to collect their uncollected orders.
Automated Reminders
Automated reminders notify customers if their orders remain uncollected after 7 days. To enable these reminders:
Go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → Email/SMS and toggle on:
📌 Note: When sent via SMS, the notification title "Customer late getting their order" is just an internal label, not the actual message. The SMS content reads: "A reminder that your order #OrderID is ready for pickup. Please come to pick it up soon."
Manual Reminders
For orders on the Ready page that have been uncollected for over 7 days, you can send manual reminders:
A message icon will appear next to these orders.
Click the icon to send a reminder to the customer.
Icon Visibility: After sending, the icon will disappear for 48 hours. Hovering over it will display the number of reminders sent and the date of the last reminder.
🗒️ Notes:
SMS Credits: Ensure you have enough SMS credits for SMS reminders.
Notification History: View the history of reminders in the Messages tab of the customer’s CRM profile, which also shows the related order ID for reference.
