CleanCloud provides both automated and manual options to remind customers to collect their uncollected orders.
Automated Reminders
Automated reminders notify customers if their orders remain uncollected after 7 days. To enable these reminders:
Go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → Email/SMS and toggle on:
Manual Reminders
For orders on the Ready page that have been uncollected for over 7 days, you can send manual reminders:
A message icon will appear next to these orders.
Click the icon to send a reminder to the customer.
Icon Visibility: After sending, the icon will disappear for 48 hours. Hovering over it will display the number of reminders sent and the date of the last reminder.
🗒️ Notes:
SMS Credits: Ensure you have enough SMS credits for SMS reminders.
Notification History: View the history of reminders in the Messages tab of the customer’s CRM profile, which also shows the related order ID for reference.
