Set up automated and manual pickup reminders in CleanCloud to alert customers about their orders and ensure timely collection.

CleanCloud enables both automated and manual reminders to prompt customers to collect their orders.

Automated Reminders

Automated reminders will notify customers if their orders remain uncollected after 7 days. To enable these reminders:

  1. Navigate to Settings β†’ Admin β†’ Notifications.

  2. Toggle on Email Reminders for email notifications and SMS Reminders for text messages.


Manual Reminders

For orders on the Ready page for over 7 days:

  1. A message icon will appear.

  2. Click the icon to send a reminder to the customer.

  3. The icon will disappear for 48 hours after sending. Hover over it to see the number of reminders sent and the date of the last one.


πŸ—’οΈ Notes:

  • Ensure you have sufficient SMS credits for SMS Reminders.

  • Check the notification history in the Messages tab of the customer CRM profile, which includes the pickup reminder alert and related order ID.
