Setting Up Pickup Reminders for Uncollected Orders

Learn how to set up automated and manual reminders in CleanCloud to notify customers about uncollected orders, enhancing pickup efficiency.

CleanCloud provides both automated and manual options to remind customers to collect their uncollected orders.


Automated Reminders

Automated reminders notify customers if their orders remain uncollected after 7 days. To enable these reminders:

  1. Go to Settings → Admin → Notifications → Email/SMS and toggle on:

    1. Email Reminders for email notifications:

    2. SMS Reminders for text messages.


Manual Reminders

For orders on the Ready page that have been uncollected for over 7 days, you can send manual reminders:

  • A message icon will appear next to these orders.

  • Click the icon to send a reminder to the customer.

  • Icon Visibility: After sending, the icon will disappear for 48 hours. Hovering over it will display the number of reminders sent and the date of the last reminder.
