Getting Started with CleanCloud
Here's some essential advice to ensure a smooth launch!
1. Have an Onboarding Session with Our Experts
Schedule a session with our onboarding specialists to set up your account and understand the workflow. Use this time to address any questions and get tips for growing your business.
For queries about your onboarding package or to book another session, email [email protected].
2. Set Up Your Hardware
Ensure your hardware is set up and test it by placing test orders before going live.
If you’re on a Grow or Grow+ onboarding plan, our support team can assist you. Click on "Hardware Help" when contacting support.
For Starter package users, refer to our Hardware Information help articles for setup instructions.
3. Train Your Staff and Manage Permissions
Train your staff after completing your onboarding session. Ensure they understand their roles—whether taking orders, managing cleaning, or handling pickups and deliveries. Encourage them to place test orders to familiarise themselves with the system.
Review CleanCloud University videos for comprehensive training. Log in to your account to access these resources.
4. Confirm Your Payment Provider Setup
Ensure your integrated payment processor (Clearent, CleanCloud Pay) is set up and test it before going live. For non-integrated processors, confirm your card payment processor is working as expected.
5. Inform Your Customers
If using CleanCloud for walk-in orders, let customers know they’ll be notified when their order is ready.
To promote online orders, share where customers can place orders through the CleanCloud app or your website. Generate a QR code for the app via Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Services Offered → Download App QR Code to make it easy for customers to download the app.
