With the new CleanCloud POS App for iPad and Android, you can easily use the POS system and monitor your orders. Simply search for CleanCloud Point of Sale (POS) in the App Store or Google Play Store.

You can move orders through the cleaning process just as easily as you would on a PC, take payments, and change or view settings seamlessly.


Considerations for Using iPads/Android Tablets

While iPads and Android tablets offer great flexibility, there are a few factors to keep in mind:

  • Screen Size: Some users may find the standard iPad screen a bit small, while larger models can be more of an investment.

  • Printer Costs: Printers compatible with iPads tend to be on the higher side.

  • Remote Support: CleanCloud staff currently cannot connect to iPads via TeamViewer for remote assistance.

  • Heat Seal Printing: Direct heat seal barcode printing with Zebra printers isn’t available, but pre-printed heat seal barcode tags can be used.

  • Weight Scales: Weight scales are not supported at this time.

  • Feature Availability: Not all CleanCloud features are accessible on iPads due to hardware limitations.


iPad Hardware Recommendations

For iPad users, we recommend the following hardware:

  • Receipt Printer: Star mC-Print3.

  • Tag Printer: Star SP700 webPRNT (Ethernet).

  • Cash Drawer: Any RJ-11 or RJ-12 cable cash drawer.
