You can easily manage your subscribers, view their allowance and make changes to their subscriptions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Note: Customers can also opt to end their subscription by logging in to their online accounts.

Additionally, you can watch a helpful video at the end of this article, which provides step-by-step instructions for setting up and managing your Subscription.

Viewing Subscriptions Allowance and Overages

To view a customer’s subscription information, select their CRM profile, then navigate to the "Subscription" tab. Here, you will find an overview of the subscriber’s details, such as their "Used Allowance", "Payments History" and "View Invoice".

Note: Any charges resulting from overages will be included in the customer's next invoice, instead of being billed right away.

Cancelling a Customer's Subscription

To cancel a customer's subscription, you can do so from the POS. To make this change, access the customer's CRM profile and select the "Subscription" tab. This page provides an overview of the subscription details. Should you cancel the subscription, click the "Cancel Subscription" button and confirm the changes.

Viewing and Removing Subscriptions

To view a list of your existing subscriptions, go to the "Subscriptions" page in your Settings. This can be located at Settings > Admin > Payments & Finance > Subscriptions.

Once you are on this page, you can select the bin icon next to your chosen subscription to remove it from your list.

Note: This page will also provide you with details on your Subscriptions, such as the associated products and customers.
