Migrate your Stripe account to CleanCloud Pay

It's easy for you and seamless for your customers to migrate your Stripe account to CleanCloud Pay.

Getting Started

1. Login to your Stripe business account.

2. While you are logged in, please fill out and send the Stripe Data Migration form which can be found at the following link: https://support.stripe.com/contact/email?topic=migrations.

Once completed click on the “Send email” button and Stripe will email you directly to continue the process.

3. You will receive an email from the Stripe migrations team just confirming that you would like to migrate your tokens. Reply with “Confirm” to their email.

4. Stripe will then send you another email confirming the data you would like to export. Please check if this looks correct and if it is, then just respond with “Yes, please proceed”.

5. Approximately 1 day later you will receive a final email from Stripe Migrations confirming that the export is ready with all of the details. Please forward this email onto [email protected]

6. CleanCloud will then prepare the import and be in touch to arrange a time to do this.
