While Stripe is no longer available to customers in regions where CleanCloud Pay and Clearent are supported, it remains accessible to businesses that previously enabled it or are in regions where other integrated solutions, such as CleanCloud Pay and Clearent, are not supported (e.g., UAE).
Stripe Settings
If Stripe remains enabled on your account, you can access its settings under Settings → Admin → Payments & Finances → Payments → Stripe.
How It Works
When configured, Stripe will appear as a payment option when managing an order. You can charge a customer directly via Stripe by selecting:
Pay by Card (Stripe) on the New Order page for immediate payments.
Pay by Stripe on the Ready page for pay-on-collection orders.
Transaction Costs
Stripe transaction fees vary by country (visit Stripe Pricing for specifics), with an additional $0.05 integration fee per transaction.
