Understanding the Chargeback Process

A chargeback is a process that allows a customer to dispute a credit card transaction and have the money returned to them. If a customer has initiated a chargeback against a payment made with CleanCloud Pay, there is a fee of £15 associated with the chargeback.

Important Information

We withhold the amount being disputed and if for some reason the chargeback is not approved, the store owner will be also charged the fee of £15 + amount withheld.
