Setting Default Notifications for WhatsApp
Once your account has been set up to use WhatsApp, you will be able to set it as the default notification method. You can easily do it on Settings > Admin > Notifications > General Settings > Default Notify By Method > Notify by WhatsApp.
Once you have finished, click the “Submit” button to save your changes.
Buying Credits
You always need to make sure you have enough credits to cover the message notifications.
👉 There is a fee applicable per message sent and received to each store number and that fee may vary depending on the country you are in.
You can verify how many credits left you have for WhatsApp, or buy new credits, on Settings > Admin > Notifications > WhatsApp > Buy WhatsApp Credits.
Note: At the moment you can either buy packages of 1,000 or 5,000 credits.
