How to Submit a Cobblers Direct Order

Learn how to submit a Cobblers Direct order, including selecting services, adding upcharges, and packaging for shipment to Cobblers Direct.

Submitting a Cobblers Direct order in CleanCloud is a streamlined and intuitive process. Follow these steps to submit a repair order:

Step 1: Select Customer & Parent Repair Product

  1. Select a customer from your list.

  2. Choose the relevant parent product for the repair (shoes, boots, belts, or bags) from the Cobblers Direct repair section.

  3. This will display all available repair services for the selected product type. For more details, refer to the Cobblers Repair Services Guide.


Step 2: Add Services & Upcharges

  1. Selecting a service will open a pop-up window with detailed options, including any upcharges.

  2. Be sure to fill in all order details, providing as much information as possible for Cobblers Direct.

  3. If you’re unsure about which service to select, contact the Cobblers Direct Text Hotline at 737-232-3014.

  4. Confirm that the customer has read and accepted the Cobblers Direct terms and conditions. A link to the terms will be provided, or they can be emailed to the customer.

  5. After selecting the relevant options, click "Add" to add the item to the order. You can click the pencil icon to add any additional notes.

⚠️ Important: Cobblers Direct items cannot be mixed with regular dry cleaning or laundry items. If multiple Cobblers Direct items are added, they will automatically be split into separate orders.


Step 3: Submit the Order

Once the order is complete, submit it as usual.

📌 Note: Payment for Cobblers Direct orders is only collected when the customer picks up their repaired items.

When the order is submitted, a packing slip will print from the receipt printer. Place the packing slip in the clear Cobblers Direct drawstring bag along with the item.


Step 4: Package & Ship Your Order

The order will move to the Cleaning page in CleanCloud as usual. On this page, you can print the necessary shipping labels for the items.
