Getting started with Cobblers Direct is quick and easy. To enable the Cobblers Direct repair service products in your account, follow these steps:
Set Up Your Services Offered
Go to Settings → Admin → Store Settings → Services Offered.
Activate the option “Cobblers Direct Repair Service”.
Once the setting is activated, you will see a new section and items for Cobblers Direct on the New Order Page, making it easy to process repair orders.
Cobblers Direct Support
After activation, Cobblers Direct will reach out to you to set up your landing page.
They will also send a welcome pack that includes:
Marketing materials
A list of available repair services
Clear bags to place repair items in before shipping them back to Cobblers Direct for repair.
