Getting Started with Cobblers Direct
Getting started with Cobblers Direct is quick and easy. To get the Cobblers Direct repair service products on your account you need to activate the setting under “Services Offered”.
Set up your Services Offered
Go to Settings > Admin > Store Details > Services Offered and activate the option “Cobblers Direct Repair Service”.
New Order Page
Once this setting is activated you will see an additional section and items on the New Order Page, as shown below:
Cobblers Direct Support
Cobblers Direct will contact you to set up your landing page and will send over a welcome pack that includes marketing material, a list of repair services offered and clear bags to place repair items in before packaging for shipping back to Cobblers Direct.
Note: It can take up to 1 week to hear from Cobblers Direct, we recommend waiting until you hear from a Cobblers Direct representative before placing any orders.
