Repair Process and Finalizing the Order

Once you've sent an order to Cobblers Direct for repair, here's what you need to know about the repair process and finalizing the order for customer pickup. Follow these steps to ensure a smooth experience for both you and your customers.


Item Return

The typical timeframes for repairs are:

  • 2-4 weeks for standard repairs

  • 5-7 weeks for custom repairs

Once the items are repaired, Cobblers Direct will deliver them back to your store.


Finalizing the Order

  1. After receiving the repaired items, go to the Cleaning page in CleanCloud and mark the order as Cleaned to notify the customer that their item is ready for collection.

  2. Payment: When the customer arrives to pick up their item, you must collect payment. Cobblers Direct does not process customer payments, so it is your responsibility to handle payments directly.

📌 Note: Cobblers Direct will send you an invoice at the end of each month to cover the previous month’s orders.
