Repair Process and Finalizing the Order

Once the repair is finished and the item is back in the store, you can complete the order process by following the directions provided here.

Item Return

The general timeframes for repairs are 2-4 weeks for standard repairs and 5-7 weeks for custom repairs.

Once the items have been repaired, Cobblers Direct will deliver the items back to your store.

Finalizing the Order

You should then mark the orders as Cleaned on the Cleaning page as you would normally do to notify the customer that their order is ready for collection.

When the customer comes to the store you will need to take payment for the order, this is important as Cobblers Direct DO NOT take payment for the order from your customer so this is your responsibility.

Note: Cobblers Direct will send you an invoice at the end of each month to cover the previous months' orders.
