On the assembly page you can now manually clear a rack slot. This applies to both plant and store assembly.

To do this find the page in store mode or plant mode, then click on 'empty slot':

Once you have clicked empty slot, the below pop up will appear, allowing you to enter the relevant rack number and clear it.
