Send Marketing Campaigns with Automated Marketing Rules

If you are subscribed to our Grow plan or higher, you are able to set marketing rules that will run automatically with saved conditions.

If you would like to upgrade to enable this, please reach out to our support team.

Saved conditions include

  • Campaign Name, and whether this will be sent via SMS, Push or Email.

  • The content of it.

  • Who to send it to:

    • Amount spent: How much money they have spent with you.

    • Average order price: The average amount of an order.

    • Order count: How many orders they have made with you.

    • Sign-up date: The date on which a customer signed up for your store services. This could be when you added them to the POS or when they signed up online with you.

    • Route Number: What customers apart of what route you would like this to be sent to.

    • Birthday: To any customers that have an upcoming birthday.

  • How often would you like to send it.

  • If a customer has received one, how long until they can receive their next marketing Email/SMS/Push.

Note: All automated marketing messages will be stored within the customer CRM as a notification in the messages tab. Automated campaigns will not be reflected on Settings > Marketing > History. The history is only intended to reflect one-shot campaigns, as the automated campaigns are continuous. For more information relating to customer CRM, please consult this article here.
