If you have access to our marketing pro features (which would require you to be on a Grow subscription plan), then you can benefit from some pre-set templates we have which will help you if you are not sure of what to send to your customers in terms of marketing.

To send marketing with one of the templates we offer, you need to go to Settings > Marketing > Automated Campaigns.

As evidenced below, you can choose from the following marketing templates:

When you select one of these templates, it will pre-fill the relevant fields to match the template. You can still make some adjustments to the default options activated by the template prior to sending out the marketing campaign to your customers.
