If you prefer to use a different email marketing tool, you can easily export your customer list from CleanCloud and import it into the platform of your choice.
Exporting Your Customer List
Navigate to Settings → Metrics in your CleanCloud account.
Scroll to the bottom of the Metrics page to find the Data Export section.
Choose the export type:
Customers: Exports all customers.
Customers with No Recent Orders: Targets customers who haven't placed orders recently.
Specify the applicable date range for your export.
Press Export to download a
.csvfile.
Using the Exported Data
The .csv file can be opened with tools like Excel or Google Sheets for review. Once ready, upload this file to your chosen email marketing service to begin your campaign.
