SMS Marketing is a powerful tool to connect with customers, offer promotions, and share special offers. Here's how to send marketing SMS effortlessly:
Sending Marketing SMS
Navigate to Settings > Marketing page.
Select 'SMS' from the left menu.
Craft your message and set rules for targeted delivery.
Toggle the 'Exclude Business Accounts' option if needed.
Check 'Affected Customers' to review recipients and last order dates.
When ready, hit 'Send'.
Note: Your SMS messages will be queued. If sending a large quantity, expect several hours for complete delivery. We recommend scheduling in the morning to avoid late-night customer notifications.
Important Considerations
Permission Settings: The system will only show customers who have given permission to receive marketing messages from your store. You can configure this setting by going to Settings > Admin > Marketing > 'Enable Marketing Email SMS Opt In'.
Character Limit: 1 SMS credit equals 160 characters.
SMS Credits: Ensure sufficient SMS credits for all messages. Purchase credits at Settings > Admin > Notifications > SMS > SMS Credits > 'Buy SMS Credits'.
