If you manage multiple delivery routes or drivers, you can assign customers to specific routes and designate their stop numbers within each route. This helps streamline delivery operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimized routes.
🧠 Keep in Mind
Routes are assigned at the customer level, not the order level.
This means a customer can only belong to one route at a time. They can’t be part of multiple routes simultaneously.
How to Assign a Route and Stop to a Customer Account
Open the Customer CRM Profile.
Under the Edit Customer tab, locate the Route # and Stop # fields.
Enter the appropriate values for the customer's delivery route and stop sequence.
Click Update to save the changes.
How It Works
The Delivery Printout Page will display customer orders based on their Route #.
Orders will be automatically assigned to the correct Route in the Driver App.
Drivers can follow an optimized Stop # sequence for efficient deliveries.
