If you have multiple delivery routes/drivers you can assign customers to these routes, and assign stops within these routes

Assign Route / Stop to a Customer Account

  1. Go to the SEARCH page, select Customers from Search Type, and press the Search button

  2. You will be able to change the route information of a customer by clicking on the edit pencil next to his name

  3. Set the Route # and Stop # for the customer and click on the green update button

  4. After assigning Routes to customers to will notice that the delivery printout page will in accordance with your Route numbers. Similarly, the customer's orders will be assigned to that Route in the Driver app.

Note that you can also set a route # and stop # to a customer, by editing the customer on the new order page.
