You can lock the order ID list in the driver app after route optimisation/custom re-order.
Route Optimisation
1. For route optimisation you will need to select all orders
2. You will then need to follow the route optimisation steps. Once this has been accepted a pop up will appear above your orders with the message 'Custom Sort Order Locked'
Custom Reorder
1. If you are doing a customer re-order, you will need to click on the arrows at the top of the driver app.
2. You can then drag to re-order.
3. Once this is done you will then need to click 'Lock' and this will save the new rearranged order.
