A driver can un-assign themselves from an order via the Driver app. This might need to be done if the order was taken by a driver, but they need to reverse this because it was taken in error.

They can do this from the red Issue button which can be found when a driver opens up an order via the Driver app.

Have a look at the image below. The driver would just need to select the option called 'Remove Order From Assigned Driver'.
