Editing Weight Quantities for Orders in CleanCloud

Do you have customers who need to order a product by weight? CleanCloud makes it easy for you to add, edit, and remove weight quantities from the new order page.

Select the weight product of your choice from your product list. Enter the amount weighed in lbs/kg for the first bag and then click “Next Bag” if you have another bag to weigh.

Once all the weighted bags have been entered, click “Submit”.

If you need to make adjustments after submitting your order, select the total amount of weight in the order basket as indicated in the screenshot below.
