Overview
CleanCloud makes it easy to manage weight-based products when processing new orders. You can quickly add weights for multiple bags, adjust them after submission, and ensure accurate pricing.

Adding weight quantities to an order
Select the weight-based product from your product list.
Enter the weight amount (lbs or kg) for the first bag.
Click Next bag to add another bag if needed.
Once all weights are entered, click Submit to finalize the order.
Editing weight quantities after submission
If you need to adjust the weight quantity after submitting an order:
Navigate to the order basket.
Click on the total weight amount displayed.
Enter the new weight quantity.
Click Update to save changes.
📌 Note: Adjusting weight quantities ensures accurate pricing and record-keeping for weight-based orders.
Troubleshooting
Make sure the product’s section is not marked as Retail in Products → Sections. Weight products placed under a retail section will not allow the Enter weight function to work properly.
