In CleanCloud, seamlessly switch between staff accounts using two methods.
Fast Method - Quick PIN
If you've assigned unique PINs to your staff accounts in Settings > Users, they can switch accounts swiftly:
Click the circular profile icon at the top right.
Enter their personalized PIN in the box.
Press Enter or the "Switch User" button.
This process instantly switches the user account, applies their permissions, and attributes actions (e.g., taking orders & payments) to their account.
Slow Method - Use Email Login
Alternatively, you can change accounts by logging out and logging in as another user:
Click the circular profile icon at the top right.
Press the "Logout" button in the appearing box.
