Easily track customer order history through the Customer CRM page. Follow these steps to access past and active orders:
How to View Customer Order History
Access the Customer CRM: Locate the customer by searching their name, phone number, or email.
Navigate to the ‘Orders’ Tab: Here, you’ll find two options:
Active Orders: Displays ongoing orders that have not yet been completed.
All Orders: Includes both active and completed orders, even those no longer on the Detail, Cleaning, Ready, or Pickups pages.
