Capture and store garment condition photos directly within your orders for detailed record-keeping.
To Upload Photos
Navigate to the New Order page and click "Add Photo +".
Select the file(s) you wish to upload; multiple images can be selected.
On PC/Mac, configure live photo capture in Settings → Hardware → Web Camera.
On mobile devices, use the camera to take and upload photos instantly.
Submit the order after uploading photos.
Viewing Photos
Access photos by clicking the Photo icon next to the Printer and Edit icons on the Cleaning or Ready page.
Alternatively, view photos through the customer CRM profile under the 'Photos' section.
