Adding Photos to Orders

Capture and store garment condition photos in orders for tracking and transparency. Learn how to upload, view, and manage photos easily.

Enhance record-keeping by capturing and storing garment condition photos directly within your orders. This helps track item conditions and ensures transparency with customers.

How to Upload Photos

  1. Navigate to the New Order page and click "Add Photo +".

  2. Select the file(s) you wish to upload. You can choose multiple images at once.

  3. Capture live photos based on your device:

    • PC/Mac: Enable live photo capture in Settings → Hardware → Web Camera.

    • Mobile Devices: Use your device’s camera to take and upload photos instantly.

  4. Complete the order submission after uploading the photos.


Viewing Uploaded Photos

  • Locate order photos by clicking the Photo icon next to the Printer and Edit icons on the Cleaning or Ready pages.

  • Alternatively, upload or access photos through the customer CRM profile under the Photos section.

🪄 Tip: Any photos uploaded via the POS or Driver App will automatically appear on digital receipts, adding transparency for customers.
