You can delete orders from the Cleaning page. This method can be used to delete or void any order in your account.
Deleting an order
Click on the 'Cleaning' page at the top of your dashboard.
In the 'Update Order' box at the top right select 'Delete Order' from the Update drop-down menu.
Enter the ID of the order you wish to be deleted.
Enter Notes to explain the reason for deletion.
Press Submit.
Note: The Admin will receive an email notification about the deletion.

You can locate deleted orders on the Users page.
