If you are looking for an order that is awaiting pickup, clean or collection you can use the search bar in the top right-hand corner of the screen. To do this follow the below instructions:

1. Click on the search box in the top right hand corner:

2. Here you can then enter one of the following:

2a. If you choose to enter the customer name, a dropdown list will appear and you will then be able to view all of the customers orders that are on the Clean and Ready Page. See the example below.

2b. If you decide to use an order number, it will work as below:

To find a completed order you can use the Search page.

1. Go to Settings > Search.

2. On the Search page you can then narrow down the criteria using the drop downs and the necessary fields to find the customer information/order information that you are looking for.
