Easily add notes to orders or specific items to provide important details for your staff or customers. Follow these steps to apply notes efficiently.
Adding Notes to an Order
On the New Order page, locate the Notes field in the bottom-right corner (above the Submit button).
Enter any notes relevant to the order.
If you want this note to be saved for future orders from the same customer, toggle the "Save" button.
Click Submit to finalize the order.
📌 Note: Saved notes will automatically appear in all future orders placed by the same customer.
Adding Notes to Individual Items
If you need to add notes for a specific item within the order:
Click the edit pencil icon next to the item in the order.
A list of items will appear.
Select the item and enter the required details in the Notes field.
Press Enter to save the note.
