The Tracking Individual Garments feature allows you to monitor the progress of garments from the Cleaning page. This feature lets you mark individual garments as clean and track the status of each item in an order.
How to Track Individual Garments
On the Cleaning Page, click the edit pencil next to the order details.
Tick the garments that are cleaned.
Click the green Submit button to save changes.
When some items of an order are cleaned, the order will be highlighted in orange. When all garments are cleaned, the order will be highlighted in green.
How to Activate the Feature
Go to Settings → Admin → Workflow → General Settings.
Choose how you’d like to Track Progress of Individual Garments by selecting the option from the dropdown menu.
Click the Submit button at the bottom of the page to save changes.
Tracking Options
1. Grouping by Product
When tracking garment status, the progress is grouped by product type (e.g., Shirt x 2, Trousers x 3).
2. Tracking Individual Garments
When tracking individual items, you’ll be able to check the status of each item, view its item notes, and see its heat seal ID.
